EXTERNAL CARRIERS.

N.IRELAND           UNSCHEDULED DELIVERIES & URGENT REQUESTS

We try to utilize our own distribution fleet based on the delivery schedule listed above which covers pallets and parcels.

Should a customer however require an urgent delivery outside this schedule we offer the following services. The costs of these services which we incur are recharged at cost to the customer. Our sales team can advise you of the current rates in force.

                                Interlink – Parcels

They call into our company each afternoon. They guarantee next day delivery (providing it is a week day). There is an additional fee should you require a Saturday morning delivery. We find them to be reliable.

They charge a parcel rate for the first 30kg then a rate per kg thereafter.

                                Train or Bus - Parcels        

In exceptional circumstances if we have staff available we will make a delivery to the central train/bus station for onward delivery. The customer is responsible for collecting the goods from the appropriate station.

The customer is responsible for the goods once we deposit them at the station. We recharge the customer a fee for delivering the parcel to the station as well as the onward train/bus fare. This is a more expensive option than the interlink service.

                                Carrier – Pallets

We have scheduled daily collections in mid afternoon with a set carrier for next day deliveries. They are more suitable for pallets or multiple parcels (where interlink fees would exceed pallet rate). Our staff can advise you of the details and costs which we recharge at cost.

                                Own Collection

Our stores are open 8.00am to 4.30pm. Please advise the sales office that you have booked your own carrier / collection agent to come in and give details of time so that our staff can have the goods ready. Collections between 8.00am and 9.00am need to be advised to the sales office by 4.45pm the previous day.

EIRE & GB             ALL DELVERIES TO EIRE NON BORDER COUNTIES & GB MAINLAND

Interlink – Parcels

They call into our company each afternoon. They will advise delivery day based on destination. There is an additional fee should you require a Saturday morning delivery. We find them to be reliable.

They charge a parcel rate for the first 10kg then a rate per kg thereafter.

                                Carrier – Pallets

We have scheduled daily collections with a set carrier in mid afternoon for next day and following day deliveries. They are more suitable for pallets or multiple parcels (where interlink fees would exceed pallet rate). Our staff can advise you of the details including delivery day and costs which we recharge at cost. We find our carrier to be reliable as we are often delivering on a daily basis to time critical food plant customers through out Ireland including Cork!

Own Collection

Our stores are open 8.00am to 4.30pm.
